A door lock assembly is provided to install a cylindrical door lock even on an interior door by providing the cylindrical door lock with an emergency releasing structure. A door lock assembly comprises a latch(1), a runner(2) pushing and pulling the latch, inside and outside handles(3,4) which operate the runner inside or outside of a door and function as door knob, and a locking unit which controls the outside handle operating the runner, wherein the runner and the locking unit is enclosed with a cylindrical cover(5) to form a lock cylinder(6) and the locking unit includes a lock button and a releasing device. An operating piece(21) formed on the runner sticks out through an opening of the cylindrical cover and is pushed by a cam device so that the runner retracts.
