摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately spot a trace amount of a probe on a solid phase without damaging the probe by incorporating the probe, an urea, a glycerin, a thiodiglycol and an acetylene alcohol represented by specific formula. SOLUTION: A liquid 107 containing a nucleic acid probe is moved to an emitting port 119 to form a meniscus 121 at a predetermined pressure. Here, when an electric signal is applied to electrodes 111-1, 111-2 of a substrate part 117, a foaming area 123 is abruptly heated, and foam is generated in the liquid 107 brought in contact with the area 123. The meniscus 121 is emitted by its pressure, the liquid 107 is discharged from a emitting port 119, and liquid droplets 104 are flown to a surface of a solid phase 103. The emitted liquid 107 is preferably a liquid containing a glycerin, a urea, a thiodiglycol and an acetylene alcohol represented by formula (wherein R1 to R4 are each an alkyl group, as for m, n, m=0 and n=0 or 1<=m+n<=30, and in the case of m+n=1, m or n is 0).
