<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further firmly prevent the leak of classified information by performing the management of a classified document by page. <P>SOLUTION: Each page constituting the classified document is provided with a two-dimensional code having classified document information and the page number recorded therein and a magnetic tag showing the classified document. When a user passes between gates 4 and 6, a magnetic tag detector detects the magnetic tag. The user presents a user ID and inserts the classified document to be taken out to a classified document insert port 68. The classified document is carried to a temporary storage box 83 after the two-dimensional code of each page is read by a classified document information reading sensor 86. A taking-out determination part 87 checks whether all pages are complete and whether the user is authenticated from the read information to decide whether the taking-out is permissible or not.
