The circuit has a high voltage capacitor (C1) connecting an input terminal (31) for receiving high frequency signal to a cathode of a schottky diode (D1), whose anode is connected to an output terminal (23). The output terminal is connected to a control terminal of an alternating current switch. A high voltage capacitor (C2) connects an input terminal (32) that is connected to a reference potential (M1) to an output terminal (24), which is connected to a reference potential (M2). A schottky diode (D2) connects the cathode of the schottky diode (D1) to the output terminal (24).
