Manufacture method of a honeycomb type panel, installation for its implementation and the panel obtained

The method involves preparing a central core (2) with alveolus (8). The core has sides (3, 4) on each of which thermofusible adhesive film (5) and one of outer skin (6) are positioned. Obtained multilayer assembly is sealed at periphery and multilayer assembly is subjected to a hot press to ensure fusion of the film. The alveolus is set in depression and set in communication, where the setting in depression is made before end of hot press operation. Obtained panel (1) is cooled by maintaining its inner depression till adhesion of the film to integrate the core and the skin. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a honeycomb type panel obtained by honeycomb type panel fabricating method (2) an installation for implementation of a honeycomb type panel fabricating method.
