An alarm-cum-lock plate of a bi-directional sliding door is provided to use a lock plate having a lock function and an alarm function by making surface contact to the horizontal edge, and not to mar the appearance and not to be exposed to the outside, and to fulfill both functions. An alarm-cum-lock plate of a bi-directional sliding door includes a fixing board adhered closely to the inside of an opening of a horizontal border of an outdoor sliding door, a locking piece(8) installed to the fixing board to be rotatable to the projecting position and the housing position, and rotated to the projecting position to make contact with the side of an opening of a vertical border of the opening side of an indoor sliding door and rotated to the housing position to release the contact state to the side of the opening, a switch installed on the fixing board, and an electric circuit for an alarm forming the ongoing alarm operating state by the displacement of the switch to the closing position or the opening position and installed on the fixing plate. |
