A hot water combined heating boiler is provided to improve thermal efficiency of a heat exchange medium by using whole heat quantity of a heat exchange medium for heating to heat water of a heat exchanger, and by spraying the heat exchange medium onto the whole part of the heat exchanger. A hot water combined heating boiler comprises boiler body(10) for heating a heat exchange medium for heating, a supply pipe(20) supplying the heat exchange medium for heating heated by the boiler to heating coils(60), a heat exchange tank(30) through which the heat exchange medium for heating passes, and in which the heat exchange medium for heating is stored temporarily, a water inlet which is formed in the heat exchange tank, and in which water flows, a heat exchanger(40) for hot-water supply having a water outlet discharging heat-exchanged water, a circulation pump installed on the supply pipe to transfer the heat exchange medium for heating, and a circulation unit directly supplying the heat exchange medium for heating to the boiler to re-heat the heat exchange medium for heating in a state that the heat exchange medium for heating does not pass through the heating coils when operating the heat exchanger for hot-water supply.
