A method and a system for linking a contents editor and an image data uploader are provided to enable a user to correct image data included in contents easily by accessing the image data uploader through action selecting the image data arranged in the contents editor with a pointing device. An image information editor(222a) provides a function for editing image data. A display information editor(222b) edits a state displaying the image data on a terminal. A metadata generator(221a) generates metadata for an image data group by receiving information for the image data from the image data editor. An image data operator(221b) determines the state for displaying the information for the image data group on an editing screen, which is provided to the terminal from the second editor, by using display information and the metadata.
