A system for providing supplementary service after call-ending of a mobile terminal and a method thereof are provided to offer a various information service after terminating communication. A subscriber database(330) stores the caller identifier transmitted through the wire or the wireless network from the user terminal. An additional service database(350) stores the additional service relating to the caller identifier stored in the subscriber database. An additional service server(340) senses the call generated in the mobile radio communications network after the call termination. If the call termination by the call is sensed, the additional service is transmitted with the mobile telecommunication terminal. The additional service uses the program module after the call termination. The additional service is provided to the user mobile terminal(110).
