A system and a method for inspecting damage in a structure are provided to determine the condition of the structure accurately by employing adaptive neural fuzzy inference positioning. A system for inspecting damage in a structure comprises a unit for acquiring a plurality of damage indices about a network combined in the structure, where the damage index is influence by damage of the structure, a unit for producing damage index distribution about the surface by using the obtained damage indices, and a unit for confirming damage by analyzing the distribution. The damage confirming unit includes a unit for building a damage classifier and a unit for classifying damage by using the damage classifier. |
