A magnet fixing structure and a magnetic levitation sliding structure having the same are provided to bind a magnet to an external element, easily. The first magnet fixing structure(130) is filled in a guide unit(112) of the first slider member(110), and includes the first magnet unit(131), a magnet housing(132) and a magnetic shielding agent(133). The first magnet unit has an angular shape, and is arranged so that magnetic poles can be arranged in the direction vertical to a sliding direction. The N pole is positioned at the upper part of the magnetic and the N pole is positioned at the lower part of the magnetic. The magnet housing is formed so as to cover the first magnet unit, and is made of the non-magnetic material. The magnetic shielding agent made of the ferromagnetic material is arranged on the upper and lower surface of the magnet housing.
