A water-soluble acrylate-urethane coating is provided to prevent air pollution and to solve all kinds of the problems (allergy and vomitting etc) due to smell by not containing an organic solvent. A method for preparing water-soluble acrylate-urethane coating comprises (1) a step for reacting an acryl monomer 10 weight% in the presence of water 55~75 weight% and polymerization initiator 0.5~3 weight% while raising the temperature to 70~80 °C, wherein the acryl monomer comprises an acrylmonomer containing a hydroxyl group 1~5 weight%, an acryl monomer containing a carboxyl group 12~22 weight%, and an amide-based acryl monomer 10~20 weight%; (2) a step of obtaining a hydrophilic acryl polyol by dropping the rest of acryl monomer through 3~5 hours and reacting it at 80~90 °C for 2~4 hours; and (3) a step for reacting the hydrophilic polyol and isocyanate in an equivalence ratio of an isocyanate group to a hydroxyl group of the hydrophilic acryl polyol. |
