摘要

A display panel is provided to improve the display quality by reducing circuit-shorted resistance between a common electrode, and maintenance line. A plurality of thin film transistors(T) and plurality of maintenance lines(110) are comprised. The maintenance line contact pad(120) and common power supply pad(130) are prepared in the lower plate(100). The light-shield pattern, the short circuit projection(220) and common electrode are prepared in the upper plate(200). A liquid crystal layer is prepared in the space between the lower plate and the upper plate. A plurality of gate lines(G/L) and plurality of data lines(D/L) are equipped in the lower plate. The pixel electrode used as the task electrode terminal of the liquid crystal capacitor(Clc) is prepared. The color filter for indicating image in the upper plate is prepared.
