A complex water purification apparatus for emergency of a potable water purification plant is provided to purify the raw water at a relatively high speed by supplying raw water using a pump, and to obtain an effect of installing a water purification facility for emergency at a small place by performing water purification in multiple steps at one place. A complex water purification apparatus for emergency of a potable water purification plant comprises a raw water supply tank(10), a first filter tank(20), an agitation vane(30), an agitation tank(40), a settling tank(50), a circular filter mesh(60), and a final water storage tank. The raw water supply tank is connected to a pump(12) and primarily stores raw water therein. The first filter tank includes a cylindrical body of which top part is opened, and which has a conical inclined face formed on a bottom part thereof in the downward direction, and a central cylindrical part having a plurality of holes formed in a sidewall thereof. The agitation vane is operably connected to a rotary shaft of an underwater motor of a drive part. The agitation tank includes a cylindrical body of which a top part is opened, and of which an upper inner sidewall extends circumferentially to form a catching projection. The settling tank includes a cylindrical body of which a top part is opened, which has a plurality of overflow holes(52) formed in an upper part thereof, and which is installed within the final water storage tank. The circular filter mesh includes a fine mesh(62) fixed to a circular edge. The final water storage tank includes a rectangular box-shaped body in which the circular filter mesh is installed, and quartz porphyry(73) is stacked at the outer side of the circular filter mesh, and a connecting pipe(72) of which one end is fixed to a lower part of the box-shaped body to drain water through the quartz porphyry.
