It is possible to reduce an error caused between a plurality of D/A conversion paths. [1] An arbitrary signal generator (2) converts a first (second) input digital pattern into a first (second) output analog pattern. [2] A digitizer (4) converts the first input analog pattern into a first output digital pattern. [3] A feature acquiring device (1) includes a first transmission feature deriving unit (12) for deriving a first transmission feature for converting the first input digital pattern into an output digital pattern when the input analog pattern is a first output analog pattern, a second transmission feature deriving unit (14) for deriving a second transmission feature for converting the second input digital pattern into an output digital pattern when the input analog pattern is an second output analog pattern, and a transmission feature ratio deriving unit (16) for deriving a transmission feature ratio which is a ratio of the first transmission feature against the second transmission feature.
