A box for caring baby germ-free animal is provided to nurture the baby germ-free animal at an independent state by separating the baby animals of which conditions of growth are different inside one care box. A box for caring baby germ-free animal contains a care box(10) of which an upper side is opened and in which a care space part(11) is formed, a compartment means(20) dividing a care space part into a plurality care space parts inside the care box, a feed supply unit(30) supplying the feed of the baby animal inside the care box and a main cover(40) closing an upside opening part of the care box. A confirmation window(12) looking around inside the care space part is formed from outside in a side of the care box.
