A process for preparing acrylic adhesive is provided to ensure improved transparency and improved light transmission by reducing the impurities remaining within an adhesive. A process for preparing acrylic adhesive (S1) a first polymerization step for polymerizing an acrylic monomer and a functional acrylic monomer containing at least one hydroxyl group in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator; (S2) a second polymerization for adding a silane coupling agent to the reaction material and polymerizing it; and (S3) a third polymerization step for adding a functional acrylic monomer having at least three double bond capable of cross-linking and polymerizing it. The acrylic adhesive comprises an acrylic copolymer and a silane coupling agent.
