A manufacturing device of the food with cut is provided, which can manufacture the product with taste near to the crab leg flesh with high efficiency. A manufacturing device of the food comprises: a sheet cutter(4) equipped with a plurality of circular cutters; a bending roll(8) which bends a heated fish sheet(2) and adheres it; a roll(9) which makes the heated fish sheet in the complete folding state; and a transfer conveyor returning the foldable sheet and passing a cutting part.
