A display device capable of loading image data of radio frequency, driving method thereof, and electronic device including the same are provided to prevent damage of image quality by multiplexing frequency of image data and start pulse. An effective pixel part(110) includes a plurality of pixel circuits(111). Each pixel circuit has a thin film transistor(112), a liquid crystal cell(113), and a storage capacity(114). A vertical driving circuit(120) selects the pixel circuit contacted with scan lines(115-1~115-m) on one field periods according to a vertical start signal, a vertical clock, and an enable signal. A horizontal driving circuit(130A) divides a signal line into a plurality of groups. A multi phase clock data generator(140) supplies a phase-shifted driving pulse by dividing a driving pulse of higher frequency than a normal frequency, and rearranges image data by dividing image data.
