A mold monitor unit is provided to recognize generation of accident by comparing monitored image data related to a forming treatment with monitored image data related to forming treatment before the accident is generated. A mold monitor unit contains a monitoring camera(25) monitoring condition of a surface of a movable mold, a standard image data of a moving mold side stored in advance and a monitor unit main body(30) monitoring generation of accident. Old monitoring image data are updated successively to recent monitoring image data according to time series when forming treatment is performed in order to store monitoring image data.
