A method for enhancing the coefficient of performance in the heat pump system is provided that the water surrounds the evaporation tube neighboring and the micro-motor circulates the water continuously. A method for enhancing the coefficient of performance in the heat pump system comprises as follows. The heat exchanger is separately set up and the water is heated in this heat exchanger when the evaporation tube is heated up using the atmosphere. The evaporation tube surrounded with the water is heated up and the heat is transferred to the condensing chamber. The water surrounds the condensing chamber.
