An optical sensor having selectively chromogenic character by binding a metal-ion is provided to represent obvious variation of luminosity and color before and after the adsorption and be employed to detect specific metal-ion. In optical sensor having selectively chromogenic character by binding a metal-ion, a radiation receptor compound including the rhodamine type luminophore is bound to the surface of silica support. The optical sensor represents color change and variation of luminosity. The collection by a base is facilitated. The sensor can be employed to a colormetric kit and fluorimetric kit.
