A manufacturing method of tread rubber for reproduction tire is provided to reduce risk caused from a method for manufacturing reproduction tire manufactured using preexistence tread rubber and to manufacture the circular shape tread rubber without a joint in order to efficiently manufacture tire having various sizes and kinds. A manufacturing method of tread rubber for reproduction tire comprises steps of: winding non-heated tread rubber injected flatly at a round iron tube support die of which an outer diameter length is same to that of the high tire; and compressing uniformly two or more divided mold bases equally having circular shape to the round iron tube support die.
