A manufacturing method of interior and exterior materials for construction and tableware is provided to heighten the reusability of resources, to have excellent strength by pressing a main material with a pressure press with a built-in heater, and to use as interior and exterior materials for construction and tableware by weighing light. A manufacturing method of interior and exterior materials for construction and tableware comprises the steps of pulverizing 80% loess which is a main material using a pulverizer, putting the pulverized 80% loess in a mixer and adding 20% melamine, and then mixing, spreading cotton fabrics treated with chemicals on the bottom of a mold having the appointed shape, putting a mixture in the mold spread with the cotton fabrics and spreading the cotton fabrics treated with chemicals on the surface of the mixture, compression-molding the cotton fabrics spread on the surface of the mixture at 160°C-180°C for 5 minutes using a pressure press with a built-in heater, and applying a paint on the surface of a base of a molding, thereby forming a coating layer.
