A single motor driven dual cooling fans system is provided to reduce flow resistance of cooling water by driving two cooling fans using a single motor. A single motor driven dual cooling fans system comprise a radiator(1) and a cooling fan assembly(5). A radiator cools cooling water, located on the front of an engine. The cooling fan assembly cools the radiator using a cooling fan cover equipped in the front of the radiator. The cooling fan assembly comprises a motor driving cooling fan controlled by an ECU; and a heaped cooling fan(13) rotating together by receiving torque from the motor driving cooling fan.
