A windowpane cleaning wiper assembly for a PVC window and a PVC window frame having the same are provided to mount a windowpane cleaning wiper assembly to a PVC window frame, to prevent the deformation of a profile and to improve cleaning efficiency. A windowpane cleaning wiper assembly comprises a wiper(110) cleaning a windowpane, the target of cleaning, a profile composed of profile elements divided in numbers and connected to be movable individually to make the wiper bendable partially according to the bend of an outer surface of the windowpane, the target of cleaning, and a profile mounting frame(130) composed of a frame body where the profile is installed and a stopping rib(132) preventing the separation of the profile element, and a plate spring applying elastic force to the profile element. |
