A composition for phytonanotherapy contains the herbal species in the form of the aqueous tincture. In case of the lack of macro- or microelements in the body, the herbal species contains those medicinal plants, which include the increased concentration of the deficient macro- or microelements. In addition, the composition contains the hydrated nanoparticles of macro- or microelements from the group comprising zinc, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper, cobalt, molybdenum, chromium, selenium, silicon, germanium, vanadium, bismuth, silver, gold, platinum, palladium, boron, phosphorus, calcium, nickel, potassium, iodine, sulfur, lithium, stable strontium. At least one ligand in the hydrate envelopes of the nanoparticles is substituted by the organic molecules obtained upon the extraction of the plant cells of the plants comprising the herbal species.
