A batch chemical analysis device is provided to allow various kinds of design to be carried out by connecting a multiport valve flowing a sample and a reagent from the outside separately from other elements. A batch chemical analysis device comprises a reaction bath(100) mixing a sample and a reagent; a detector(200) detecting the reaction state of a sample and a reagent; a switching valve(300) which circulates a sample and a reagent into the reaction bath and the detector and has a plurality of holes for discharging and a rotor provided with a plurality of inlets interposed with adjacent two holes of the plurality of holes; a multiport valve(400) which is provided with a plurality of entrance/exit holes radially arranged and connects at least one of the entrance/exit holes selectively to supply at least one of a sample and a reagent from the outside; a pump(500) transferring at least one of a sample and a reagent supplied from the multiport valve; and an air inlet/outlet hole which circulates the sample and the reagent into the reaction bath and the detector and discharges them by supplying air to any one of the plurality of holes of the switching valve, wherein the adjacent two holes connected with the air inlet/outlet hole and the reaction bath or the adjacent two holes connected with the reaction bath and the detector are connected simultaneously by the rotation of the rotor.
