<p>A display device capable of preventing delay according to scanning line, driving method thereof, and electronic device including the same are provided to perform wave shaping of scanning pulse propagated in a scan line by arranging wave shaping circuit to wiring of each scanning line. A liquid crystal device(100) includes an effective pixel region(110), a vertical driving circuit(120), and a horizontal driving circuit. The effective pixel region includes a plurality of pixel circuits(111) arranged into a matrix type. Each pixel circuit includes a thin film transistor, a liquid crystal cell, a sustain region, and a storage capacity. The vertical driving circuit selects the pixel circuit contacted to a gate line(115-1~115-m) according to a vertical start signal, a vertical clock, and an enable signal. The horizontal driving circuit generates a sampling pulse according to a horizontal start pulse and a horizontal clock of reverse phase.</p> |
