METHOD FOR INTENSIFYING EXTRACTION OF CHONSURIDE FROM MINCED CARTILAGES OF TRACHEA AND NOSE OF SLAUGHTER ANIMALS

A method for intensifying the extraction of chonsuride from the minced cartilages of the trachea and the nose of the slaughter animals consists in the treatment of the minced raw material with the extractant representing the mixture of 1% potassium carbonate or 2 % potassium hydroxide in 25% solution of potassium chloride at a ratio of 1 part of the raw material and 4 parts of the extactant mixture. Butanol is introduced as the extractant component in an amount of 0.45-0.55% of the extractant.
