A transparent adhesive composition is provided to produce the laminate of an optical filte at a room temperature without the high temperature and high pressure processing by autoclave and to ensure excellent shock resistance, shear force and near infrared ray-shielding property. A transparent adhesive composition comprises an acrylic monomer 100.0 parts by weight, a radical initiator 0.1~5 parts by weight, a cross-linking agent 0.01~20 parts by weight and a near infrared absorption filler 1~20 parts by weight. The acrylic monomer comprises a soft acrylic monomer 70~99 weight% having the glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C or less in the polymerization with a homopolymer; and a hard acrylic monomer 1~30 weight% having the glass transition temperature (Tg) of 80°C or more in the polymerization with a homopolymer.
