An arrangement method and an apparatus of the component equipped with the connection point are provided to quickly and exactly arrange the component onto a substrate by determining the location of the connection point in advance. A plurality of components are arranged on a plurality of substrates. And firstly a first component is arranged on the substrate(S1). The outer shape location of the component is settled by a sensor(S2). The location of the connection point of the component is settled by a camera(S3). The component is arranged in the necessary location of substrate based on the calculated location of the connection point(S4). If the location of the connection point is settled by the camera and the outer shape location is settled by the sensor, the deviation ÝÈx, and ÝÈy are calculated.
