A buoyancy device for ship including an air chamber is provided to reduce the weight of buoyancy device by perforating longitudinal holes on the inner foam material, thereby improving the propulsion performance of the ship and safety of boarders. A buoyancy device for ship including comprises through holes(3) which formed so that a hull(1) and the buoyancy device are connected with each other, an outer cover, an inner foam material in which longitudinal holes(4) are arranged in a geometric pattern such as circular or square shape, and a drain apparatus(5) which is equipped on the end of the device in order to make the drainage of the longitudinal holes smooth.
