A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display is provided to improve light emitting efficiency by improving a surface property of the first electrode. A first electrode(170) is formed on a motherboard(100). A bank layer(180) is formed between the first electrodes. A dummy layer(181) is formed on the first electrodes and the bank layer. The dummy layer includes a photoresist, and the polyacrylate resin or the benzocyclobutene resin. The motherboard is cut to a plurality of sub boards. The dummy layer is removed. The organic light-emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. A thin film transistor electrically connected to the first electrode is formed in the top of the substrate.
