A screw vacuum pump is provided that the cost down can be expected by simplifying the control system. A screw vacuum pump comprises male rotor and the female rotor going in gear, a gas working chamber formed owing to the stator(13) adapting both rotors, gas inlet(14) and gas outlet(10). The lead angle of the screw gear consecutively changes. The working chamber carries out the inhalation, continuous compression transferring and discharging. |
