A method for preparing the recombined lipid, and the recombined lipid prepared by the method are provided to reduce the content of saturated oil. A method for preparing the recombined lipid whose saturated oil content is reduced comprises the steps of mixing a palm oil and an oil containing oleic acid in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:6 by mol; adding 2.5-20 % of lipase and a solvent to ti; and reacting the mixture at 40-80 deg.C for 30 min to 36 hours.
