A throttle apparatus of vehicle is provided to reduce the intake noise by avoiding the interference of the suction air and the idle intake flow path. A throttle apparatus of vehicle comprises a throttle body(10) in which the inhalation flow path is formed so that the suction air be flowed in into the engine; a throttle valve(20) opening and closes the inhalation flow path; an idle intake flow path making flow in the suction air to the idle during driving engine; an idle valve for opening the idle intake flow path in the idle driving. The suction part and exhausting part of the idle intake flow path are formed of the predetermined diameter and circular shape.
