A method for preparing the naked oat for the mixed bap (boiled rice), and the naked oat prepared by the method are provided to improve the gelatinization of oat. A method for preparing the naked oat for the mixed bap comprises the steps of screening oat of a water content of 13-18 %; removing the impurities; hydrating it to the water content of 20-40 %; drying the hydrated one to the water content of 11-18 %; and packaging the dried oat. |
