Inkjet ink is provided to ensure excellent wettability to a substrate and to prevent the generation of color stain and color lost. Inkjet ink is used to form a functional film by discharging droplet on a non-permeable substrate with an ink-jet method, and comprises a compound having an amino group and alkylene glycol within a molecule as a wettability promoter. The alkylene glycol is propylene glycol and/or ethylene glycol. The compound is an open-ring copolymer of ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide having an amino group at the end.
