摘要 A method for manufacturing an organic electronic device with small molecules is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by transferring low molecular or high molecular organic thin film and a metal thin film on the low molecular organic thin film at the same. A low molecular organic thin film(106) is formed on a substrate(102). A low molecular or the high molecular organic material(110a) is formed in a surface of a plane mold(108) by the solution process. The low molecular or high molecular organic material is arranged on the low molecular organic thin film. The low molecular or high molecular organic material is pressured in a preset pressure or a temperature condition. The plane mold is removed from the substrate. The low molecular organic layer or the low molecular/high molecular organic material layer of the two-layer structure is formed on the substrate.
