A system for providing movement information of a user by using a flexible display card and a method for a service thereof are provided to offer the movement information efficiently for a user by using a medical record card or a related member card when the user visits a hospital or a government office etc. A system for providing movement information of a user by using a flexible display card comprises the followings: a portable guide card(100) storing the user information; a card reader(300) recognizing the guide card and transmitting and receiving the information; a guide server(200) generating the movement guide data; and a transceiver(400-1~400-n) transmitting the data to the guide card.
