A main hour management method in an information technology service management system is provided to administrate the actual man hour of a process operator for each process so as to efficiently manage expenses of manpower. A main hour management method in an information technology service management system includes a first step of setting a manpower cost standard to be applied to a person who is charged in processing service requests from clients, a second step of inputting and managing information on the person, a third step of managing the actual man hour required to handle a process according to a service request from a client, and a fourth step of calculating the man hour and generating a report by a predetermined period. |
