A medical instrument for plastic operation capable of efficiently performing galvanocautery and peeling operation is provided to shorten operation time by coupling bovie forceps and elevator. A medical instrument for plastic operation includes a bovie forceps(20) and an elevator(30). The elevator is arranged in a rear end of the bovie forceps. The bovie forceps comprises a first grip part(22) and a second grip part(24). The first and the second grip parts are symmetrically positioned. A tip end part of the grip parts is sharp. The elevator is mainly used for peeling a soft tissue. The elevator includes a grip part, a connection part, and a peeling part. The grip part has a slit groove inserting or coupling connection part of the first and second grip parts of the bovie forceps. The connection part is extended from the grip part. The peeling part is extended from the connection part.
