A pipe sleeve having a water leak prevention function is provided to prevent the leakage of water caused while using a pipe sleeve coupled with large and small hollow pipe bodies and having a height adjustment function. A pipe sleeve having a water leak prevention function is formed by coupling an upper pipe body(2) provided with plural hanging grooves(10) vertically on the outside with a lower pipe body(3) fitted with the upper pipe body and provided with hanging projections(11) to couple with the hanging grooves, wherein a drainpipe insertion groove(20) is formed on the bottom of the lower pipe body, and the drainpipe insertion grooves are formed on the outside and the inside of the lower pipe body.
