An education on demand system reflecting request of industry and a method thereof are provided to allow an applicant to get an opportunity raising the ability and the opportunity of the employment. An education on demand system reflecting request of industry comprises an industry client(40), an educational institution client(60), and a seeking work client(50). An education on demand progress server transmits necessary contents in order to register the employment and receives the job information. The job information is transmitted to an industry database. The job information contents for verifying are registered in the industry database. The information of the applicant is transmitted and registered in an applicant database. The apply status information is transmitted to an educational institution client. The education on demand progress server selects a target educatee and evaluates the educatee. |
