An unmanned contract system and a device thereof are provided to reduce the transaction time in case a user performs a contract which needs a plurality of certificates. An unmanned contract device includes the followings. An information storage unit stores the size information of a certificate corresponding to a general certificate. An accepting unit receives the selective input of a plurality of certificates proving the identity of client. A reading unit reads the size information of each certificate based on selected a plurality of certificates. A transmitting unit transmits the certificate information with attached each coordinate area to an operator terminal.
