A telematics terminal and a broadcast signal processing method capable of receiving broadcast by using path prediction related information through a mobile broadcast server are provided to provide prediction path information to a user by searching a path by using path prediction related information. A location information module(101) produces the present position information of telematics terminals. A broadcast module(103) receives mobile broadcast server data including path prediction related information and extracts the path prediction related information from the received mobile broadcast service data. A storage(111) stores the extracted way prediction related information. A navigation part(108) performs path prediction by using the present position information received from the location information.
