The invention relates to means for transformation of light emission energy to electric energy. A method for production of a flexible module of a solar battery is based on series-parallel commutation of solar cells by means of a flexible printed circuit made of aluminium-polyimide foil-coated dielectric and comprises formation of foil-coated dielectric strips for parallel connection and compliant leads for series connection of solar cells in aluminium layer by means of a photolithography method, formation of windows for connection by welding in polyimide layer, formation of thermomechanical compensators loops in compliant leads for series connection of solar cells, mechanical and electrical connection of back bond areas of solar cells with aluminium stripes of the flexible printed circuit throughout all aria of a solar cell with step of 1-10 mm and compliant leads with front bond arias of adjacent solar cells. The flexible printed circuit is made of aluminium-polyimide varnish foil-coated dielectric, wherein it is formed windows for location of solar cells and windows for formation of loops of thermo-mechanical compensators in polyimide varnish layer, formation of perforating holes in aluminium strips, deposition of additional nickel layers having thickness 2 to 4 mm to aluminium strips and compliant leads in places of connection with bond arias of solar cells. On printed circuit it is formed local multilayer contacts Ni-SnBi for serial and parallel connection of modules in a solar battery by means of soldering. Multilayer contacts for soldering are made using chemical and electrochemical deposition of nickel and tin-bismuth layers to aluminium arias. The invention provides rise in coefficient of charge of solar cells and elimination of welding connection corrosion, reliability growth and simplification of technology for solar module production. |
