The invention relates to electric engineering and may be used for power supply of electron-beam equipment and in other industries, wherein power supply sources with high voltage are necessary. A high-voltage power source for electron-beam equipment includes a high-voltage transformer with a multi-sectional secondary winding. Each section of the secondary winding comprises in series connected a rectifying unit with a capacitive filter and a pulse-type step-down regulator having supplementary elements. Outputs of all regulators are connected in series. Such connection of regulator sections at power supply source output allows obtaining necessary meaning of high voltage for processing equipment. Application of regulators with supplementary elements in output circuits of a power source provides elimination of electric breakdowns influence to electron-beam gun operation. This results in efficiency upgrading and growth of processing equipment reliability.
