An education on demand system allowing an educating institution to provide a manpower who industry wants and a method thereof are provided strengthen competitive power by removing a necessary waste element for training or re-training an educate. An education on demand system allowing an educating institution to provide a manpower who industry wants comprises an industry client, an administrator client(50), and an student client(60), an order module(33) registering manpower information in database by transmitting contents for the order education, an order education type selection module(35) transmitting the manpower information to the administrator client producing an ordered class, a course of education crystallization assignment module(37) determining a course of education with generated each order per class and an order equation education server(30) having major class classification module(39) allotting the order class to a student. |
